Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Postage is £3.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, or you can upgrade to 1st Class delivery for £4.75. 

Packages are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. Please note, I do not post orders over weekends or Bank Holidays.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All the packaging I use is either recycled packaging, recyclable or biodegradable.

Lip Scrub Ingredients: White Sugar (Sucrose), Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera), Organic Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis), Aroma (Organic Flavour Oil). 

 

Peppermint Lip Balm ingredients: Ricinus communis (Organic Caster Oil), Simmondsia chinensis (Organic Jojoba Oil), Euphorbia cerifera (Candelilla Wax*), Theobroma cacao (Organic Cocoa Butter), Mentha piperita (Peppermint Essential Oil), Limonene**, Linanlool**. *Plant-based Candelilla Wax. **Naturally occuring in essential oils. 

 

Coconut Lip Balm ingredients: Ricinus communis (Organic Caster Oil), Simmondsia chinensis (Organic Jojoba Oil), Euphorbia cerifera (Candelilla Wax*), Theobroma cacao (Organic Cocoa Butter), Aroma (Organic Coconut Flavour). *Plant-based Candelilla Wax. 

 

Mandarin Lip Balm ingredients: Ricinus communis (Organic Caster Oil), Simmondsia chinensis (Organic Jojoba Oil), Euphorbia cerifera (Candelilla Wax*), Theobroma cacao (Organic Cocoa Butter), Citrus nobilis (Mandarin essential oil), Limonene**. *Plant-based Candelilla Wax. **Naturally occuring in essential oils. 

Lip Scrub: For external use only. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Avoid direct eye contact. Not for application the mucous membranes or on broken skin. Once opened, use within 6 months.
