Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage is £3.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, or you can upgrade to 1st Class delivery for £4.75.
Packages are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. Please note, I do not post orders over weekends or Bank Holidays.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn candles on a level heat resistant surface. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking. Extinguish when 5mm of wax is left and do not relight. Keep away from draughts.
